Refund Policy

Service provider: PT HAFOX REX LUX (“Halaman,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
We want purchases of Halaman Studio to feel straightforward. This policy applies to purchases made through the payment methods we make available. A payment provider may also apply its own buyer terms, which will be shown during checkout where relevant.
When a refund may be available
You may request a refund if:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- a material technical problem prevents you from accessing the paid service and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time;
- the service was materially different from what was described when you purchased it; or
- applicable law gives you a cancellation, withdrawal, or refund right.
We may also consider other requests made within 14 days of the transaction on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not automatic and may take account of service usage, the reason for the request, and the circumstances of the purchase.
Subscriptions and renewals
You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account billing controls or the subscription-management link in your payment receipt. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. It does not automatically refund the current period or a renewal that has already been processed.
If you believe a renewal was made in error, please submit a request promptly so it can be reviewed.
How to request a refund
Contact us at contact@hafox.id and include the email address used for the purchase, the transaction or receipt number, and a short explanation of the issue. You may also use the support or subscription-management link in your payment receipt.
Payments and eligible refunds may be processed by the payment provider used at checkout. For purchases processed by Paddle, you may also use Paddle Buyer Support.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and is outside our direct control.
Fair use
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, or substantial use of the paid service, except where a refund is required by law.
When a purchase is refunded, access to the corresponding paid plan or feature may end immediately.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If local consumer-protection law or the applicable payment provider’s buyer terms provide greater protection, those terms control.
